Good grief, has anyone noticed how flippin cold it is? I’m supposed to be running home tomorrow but I know I will lose certain extremities if I expose them to the chilling wind for 1hr 20 mins. I can feel the pain already. Last week I was worried about overheating in my long sleeved t-shirt, I think tomorrow I will have to run in my fleece and scarve. I’d run with gloves too if anyone had seen fit to give me any.
I am going to hide under the duvet now and see if I can build up any more gumption.

You got a pair of running tights? Or tracksuit bottoms? When it’s v. cold I usually run in my tights if, that is if I’m near home. Less keen on them when I have to catch a train part of the way home, mostly because I become that bloke on the train wearing tights…
My current sub zero running gear consist of base layer, top, tights, gloves and hat.

I wore a hoodie over a long sleeve base layer last night and was comfortable. I also had my new gloves on but I won’t mention those

I do wear tights but I have to put a pair of shorts over the top to maintain modesty. I like to think its kinda stylish in its own way.
