		<description>Sounds like an interesting run :); I’m quite new to the area where I live in North Wales having moved there from down south about a year ago so I sometimes just go out running for an hour and try to get lost. It’s a little hard to get completely lost because the Irish Sea is a bit of a giveaway with regards to orientation.

Sorry I rambled on a bit there.</description>

		<description>Having run 10km myself yesterday (he, he, notice how I slipped that in) I am suitably impressed with your pace.  8min/k does not sound slow to me over 10km.  If you (and I) keep this up, we&#039;ll be running 7min/k&#039;s before we know it!!  The running commute is obviously agreeing with you.  Keep it up!!</description>
