		<description>Intervals are good providing you listen to you body.  It&#039;s easy to overdo things I think and I usually come down with niggles and injuries if I am overcommitted to an interval program.</description>

		<description>Why are you biking so much?  Are you planning on grabbing one of the race officials by the bike lock and violently relieving him/her of his/her bike if you get tired in the race?  I&#039;m joking.  Don&#039;t be so hard on yourself.  I&#039;ve read that you can also get faster at longer distances just by running a lot, and if it&#039;s in black and white it&#039;s good enough for me!

Intervals aren&#039;t so bad.  At least they&#039;re over quickly and you can listen to &quot;bananabananabananaterricottaterricottapie!&quot; while you&#039;re doing them :)</description>

		<description>Hi Celeste, the bike bits are my commute so they are split in two as you suggest. It&#039;s pretty flat and takes me about 55 mins each way. I get quite tired of it if I do it everyday so its a relief to take a break and run home sometimes.</description>
