Struggling to move at the moment, that 12 miler really kicked my ass yesterday. Came across this vid on Pats running blog and it made me feel better about the pain though.

Well done on that epic bridge run and completing the distance before the trials of GNR – Surely you feel a little bit smug alongside the pain?
Is it a need for a sitting position still that explains why I have just spotted you volunteering at BPTT Sat?!
Or is 5K just not far enough now?!! Hardly worth locating the satalites!

I did 5 minutes on a treadmill today, I’m going to have some catching up to do when my leg’s better

Well I’m definitely moving, but up to now its only been as far as the nearest tube station. I’ve been limping my way to work via public transport all week but I’m hoping to maybe run a repeat of the mammoth river route on sun/mon.
Glad you are back on the treadmill, things must be looking up a bit for you!
