Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: Wow!! What a ride!

Well I'm definitely moving, but up to now its only been as far as the nearest tube station. I've been limping my way to work via public transport all week but I'm hoping to maybe run a repeat of the mammoth river route on sun/mon.

Glad you are back on the treadmill, things must be looking up a bit for you!

That's one impressive map you've got there - I'm not surprised you can't move!

Can you move yet?

I did 5 minutes on a treadmill today, I'm going to have some catching up to do when my leg's better :-)

Well done on that epic bridge run and completing the distance before the trials of GNR - Surely you feel a little bit smug alongside the pain?

Is it a need for a sitting position still that explains why I have just spotted you volunteering at BPTT Sat?!

Or is 5K just not far enough now?!! Hardly worth locating the satalites!
