Well I think that is probably good advice. I was shocked to discover that Nike video’d the finish of last years RunLondon and even more disappointed that they’d switched me for a sweating rhino. Photos are definitely bad enough.

I still have half marathon envy. I will check that my next half-marathon (one I actually do, anyway) doesn’t video it, I think I’d probably hang up my trainers if I saw myself running, photos are bad enough.

The Knacker Cracker cap seems like it would go well with the Big Woody t-shirts we’d get if we volunteered. You tell me how it goes over in the bar that night.
