Don't you love winter training? Wind, rain, snow, cold - what's there not to love?

I DO love your training log widget! Pretty cool stuff!

Keep up the dedication - I'm sure it will lead you to the winner's podium!

Hard core! The up side of starting off your buildup slooooooow, is that you're pretty much guaranteed success.

13 hours of sleep sounds so good right now too. I haven't broken 10 in years. Sleep tight, recover well, and I'm sure you'll be running 6-minute miles for Wilmslow. (And don't you find it just a bit ironic that a race with such a quick cut-off time should end in the word "slow"?)
