Great blog you have here. Very inspirational. I have a site as well which I hope will be a top resource for those looking for the motivation they need in order to lose weight. There are very little sites like ours out there.

I'd like to exchange links with you. Please let me know if this is possible under the "Best Weight Loss Websites" page. Until then, keep up the good work.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with a counting challenge.

Karen, now you've had it for a while have you noticed any trends with your efficiency rating, perhaps a different score for different strokes? I didn't have it long enough to see if this measure was particularly sensitive.

Happy New Year (sorry bit late!)

I got one of those for Christmas... used it several times now and love it (for both the stats but also for the lap counting as I have similar problems!)

Agree about the user interface, think I'm used to it now, but did accidentally erase a few logs before reading them to begin with!

I also have heard rumours of improvement.... for a start the strap is a bit crap and suspect it won't survive long (I could be wrong).... and I'm sure as the technology works the interface will get more intuitive....

Thanks for the review!

I am glad it is not just me who is challenged by counting laps.

After a time I always forget whether, say the number 10 means, I have just finished 10 laps or I am just starting my 10th lap
