Vibram Five Fingers are great, for running you should definitely try the Bikila LS or Komodo Sport models, these have a modified footbed and are a bit more stable for running.

I tryied on these shoes for the first time the other day. I slipped them on and the guy in the store said that was record timing for a newby. I felt like I was in a water sock and loved the freeing feeling. Having fabric inbetween my toes was not uncomfortable to my surprise.

I think you'd better start saving up for a pair then as they are here to stay for a little while longer. Even the kids have started begging to try them out now.

Always wanted to try the Vibrams but never had the courage! If you manage to wear them for a few more weeks I might have to get a pair!
