I meant to run yesterday. All the way til midnight I was intending to run. But then the bells chimed unexpectedly and I’d missed my opportunity.
My bones were aching from Day 14 and by the time I’d decided it might be a good idea to take a rest from running it was too late to squeeze in any other form of activity.
At least that’s as good as my excuses get this far in to Janathon.
Today I was on form again and dragged out the treadmill for my 20 minute high intensity schedule. I don’t think I can have pitched the intensity high enough though. For one, I enjoyed it and for two, I felt I could do it all over again after I’d had a bath.
I’ll push myself to greater levels of sufferance tomorrow.
